There’s just something about a weekend on the East coast. The salty air, long afternoons outside, and that feeling that there’s nowhere else you really need to be. That’s what inspired Weekends on the Shore.
Our goal for this capsule was to capture some of the things I love most about being near the water. The shells you collect along the shore, coastal botanicals that cover the coast, the soft blues and sun-washed colors you see everywhere you look, and, of course, a sea turtle or two. We also designed these pieces to live both indoors and out, because to me, coastal living has always been about blurring that line. It’s opening the doors, spending a little longer on the porch, and bringing that relaxed feeling of a weekend away into your everyday home.
Summer may be winding down, but around here, we’re not quite ready to let it go.
