INFORMATION ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently are only able to accept exchanges on items that you received damaged.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
We will happily replace new, unworn / unused items if they are damaged in shipping or in production. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with tags attached (if present). However, we are not big enough yet to take returns or exchanges on items that do not fit, or you no longer like.
We do not accept merchandise returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration or without tags. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for your exchanged item to arrive. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your exchange so you know it’s on the way.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
- Email email@example.com with your order number, damaged item you need to exchange, and the reason for your request.
- Our Customer Service Team will be in contact within 24 -48 hrs of your email with instructions on how to process your request.
