The Best Places in Charleston to Spot a Southern Charmer

Hi there! The list below includes some of the best places in town to spot a Charmer. We get asked this question all the time, and thought it would be best for us to make an insider's list of places you could have a Charmer run-in. Whether you run into a cast member or not, we are sure that all of these locations are worth a visit while in Charleston.

1. Sewing Down South

We SEW had to put our Flagship Store at the top of the list! After all, this is most definitely the best place to catch Craig. Craig is always popping in and out of the store throughout the week and on weekends. We would love to see you too, so make sure to make SDS a stop on your Charleston tour!

2. Republic, Mesu, Bourbon N’ Bubbles, and 1st Place

These four King Street hot spots are owned by none other than Southern Charm cast member, Leva Bonaparte. You can be assured that any of these spots come with a high probability of seeing a Charmer. Each location has something different to offer, so be sure to check them out when you and your crew hit King Street. 

3. Shem Creek

Just over the Ravenel Bridge in Mt. Pleasant, Shem Creek is a great place to catch a Charmer. Bars and restaurants such as Nico, Saltwater Cowboys, Red’s Ice House, & Tavern and Table are favorites of many cast members. We recommended swinging by Shem Creek for a happy hour on the water, it doesn’t get much better than that!

4. Upper King Street

Upper King is home to many great bars and restaurants, all of which are great places to run into your favorite Southern Charm personality. Popular spots include: Uptown Social, Dispensary, and Vintage Lounge. Pro Tip: Uptown Social has Austen’s beer Trop Hop on tap!
